This is a suit for divorce. The parties intermarried ini 1928, this being the second venture for each. No children were born to them.; The plaintiff’s complaint accuses defendant of cruel and inhuman conduct toward her, consisting of verbal abuse, threats to kill, a great many beatings, and improper association with other women. This conduct, she says, was pursued during practically the whole period of their married life.
