This is an appeal by plaintiff Gertrude Siebert from parts of a decree of the Circuit Court for Multnomah County which granted her a divorce from defendant Willi Siebert; awarded her an undivided one-third interest in Lot 7, Block 111, Parkrose, Multnomah County, Oregon; and ordered defendant to pay to the clerk of the court $75 a month for plaintiff’s benefit as alimony and the further sum of $175 for her benefit as attorney’s fees. It was further decreed that plaintiff and defendant were each the owner of an undivided one-half interest in Lot 9, Block 111, Parkrose, and “in the furniture…
