A general court-martial convened in Germany convicted accused of wrongful appropriation of a Government motor vehicle, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 921; and of negligent homicide, in violation of Article 134 of the Code, 10 USC § 934. The court-martial sentenced him to be dishonorably discharged from the service, to forfeit all pay and allowances, and to be confined at hard labor for three years.
