Quinn, Chief Judge:

At the base passenger terminal of McChord Air Force Base, agents of the Office of Special Investigations searched the accused. The agents discovered a substantial quantity of marihuana in a coffee can in a canvas bag in the accused’s possession. Thereafter, the accused was charged and convicted by a general court-martial of wrongful possession of marihuana, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934.
