Kilday, Judge:

The accused was convicted by special court-martial at Ankara, Turkey, for unlawful entry and larceny of twelve hunting knives, in violation of Articles 134 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 934 and 921, respectively. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for two months and reduction to airman basic. Intermediate authorities approved the findings and sentence.
