Bankruptcy proceedings were begun against The T. E. Hill Company, a corporation, by Contractors Supply and Equipment Company, a corporation. Pending a hearing on the defense that the Hill Company was not principally engaged in manufacturing, trading, printing, publishing, mining or mercantile pursuits as required by the Bankruptcy Act Section 4 b, on the application of the Contractors Company, a receiver was appointed in accordance with the provisions of the act, section 3 e, and a bond was given on which suit was later brought in the Municipal Court of Chicago.
