One of the points made in the petition for rehearing is, that appellees Weigley, Bulkley & Gray, in their answer to the rule to show cause why they.should not be attached for contempt, did not question the general jurisdiction of the Superior Court to adjudicate upon the case presented to it, and therefore that question was not properly before us for decision.
