Defendant and appellant The Maryland Casualty Company appeals from the judgment entered against it and in favor of plaintiff and respondent The Travelers Indemnity Company of Illinois. This case involves a motor vehicle liability insurance coverage dispute arising out of a loss for which both insurers concede coverage, but claim to afford excess rather than primary insurance.
