Plaintiff brought an action against defendants to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by her as the result of the negligence of defendants. The action was dismissed by consent as to defendants Peoples’ Outfitting Company and Theodore LaPointe. Prom a verdict directed by the trial court in favor of defendants Wineman Realty Company and Ray Dahl, plaintiff appeals.
