This case involves-the respective rights of the holder of special assessment lien for street improvements and the county, holder of a resale tax deed, covering a lot in the city of Wewoka.
The material facts are these: The bonds sought to be foreclosed were issued April 26, 1924. The last three installments due for the years 1931, 1932, and 1933 not being paid, the owners of the bonds commenced this action on May 13, 1937, to foreclose the lien, then amounting to $249.22.
