[¶ 1] Appellant, Wadi Petroleum, Inc. (Wadi), seeks review of the district court’s order granting a partial summary judgment 1 in favor of Appellees, Ultra Resources, Inc. (Ultra) and Questar Exploration & Production, Inc. (Questar). The parties disagreed about the meaning of language used in an assignment of an oil and gas lease concerning the quantum of an overriding royalty interest.
