Milbank Insurance v. Henry

The plaintiff, Milbank Insurance Company, commenced this action in the county court to recover $ 1,000 which it had paid to the defendant Lila L. Henry under the medical payments coverage of an automobile liability insurance policy which the plaintiff had issued. Henry had been injured in an automobile accident in which an automobile operated by the defendant Housam M. Ammoura had collided with the automobile insured by the plaintiff and operated by Henry.
