OPINION
TSOUCALAS, Senior Judge:
Plaintiffs Yantai Timken Co., Ltd. (‘Yantai”) and The Timken Company (“Timken”) move pursuant to USCIT R. 56.2 for judgment upon the agency record challenging the determination of the International Trade Administration of the United States Department of Commerce (“Defendant” or “Commerce”) in Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished or Unfinished, from the People’s Republic of China, 71 Fed. Reg. 2,517 (Jan. 17, 2006) (“Final Results”), as amended 71 Fed. Reg. 9,521 (Feb. 24, 2006) (“Amended Final Results”).
