This is an appeal by Walter Harrington, hereinafter called defendant, from a judgment in favor of Hope D. White, hereinafter called plaintiff, which defendant claims to be void by reason of the fact that it was rendered in violation of rule 7 of the Uniform Rules of the Superior Courts of Arizona.
