This is an original proceeding in certiorari in this court to review, the action of the Superior Court of Maricopa County, finding Truman Hardy Collins, hereinafter called the relator, in contempt for failure to comply with the provisions of a judgment of said Superior Court in the case of Collins v. Collins, No. 144-D, in said Superior Court of Maricopa County, filed on the 28th day of August, 1933.
