Petitioner, Mon River Towing, Inc. (hereinafter Mon River), asks that we set aside the order 1 of the National Labor Relations Board entered pursuant to its finding that petitioner had violated § 8(a) (1) and (2) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a) (1) and (2). These violations arose out of the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement in late 1967 between petitioner and the certified representative of its employees, International Union of District 50, United Mine Workers of America, and its Local Union No. 14693…
