Linda. Louise Brantley has appealed a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission denying her benefits for an allegedly work-related injury.
At the hearing before the administrative law judge appellant testified that she went to work for Tyson Foods at its new plant in Pine Bluff in March, 1991. This was the first factory job she had ever held. Tyson provided orientation training for about two weeks then started production.
