Plaintiff Ludmila Loginovskaya (“Loginovskaya” or “Plaintiff’) brings this action pursuant to §§ 4o and 22 of the Commodity Exchange Act (the “CEA”), 7 U.S.C. §§ 6o, 25, against Defendants Oleg Batratchenko (“Batratchenko”), Tatiana Smirnova (“Smirnova”), John Does 1-20, and Thor United Corp., Thor United Corp.
