A putative class of futures and derivatives traders (“Trader Plaintiffs”) and a putative class of the owners of landholding and lease-holding interests in United States oil-producing property (“Landowner Plaintiff,” together with Trader Plaintiffs, “Plaintiffs”) have asserted claims against a number of Brent crude oil producers, traders, and their selected affiliates.
