DECISION

ROBERTS, Senior Judge:

Tried by a military judge sitting alone as a general court-martial, the accused stands convicted, contrary to his pleas of not *529guilty, of two specifications of selling heroin in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934. The approved sentence is a dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement at hard labor for 18 months, and reduction to airman basic.
