OPINION OF THE COURT

CLAUSE, Senior Judge:

At his trial by special court-martial, appellant submitted a request for trial by military judge alone. After appropriate advice and inquiries, the military judge found a knowing and intelligent waiver of the right to trial by a panel of members and granted the request. Pursuant to a pretrial agreement, appellant entered pleas of guilty to wrongful possession of marihuana and two specifications of resisting apprehension in violation of Articles 92 and 95, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 892 and 895, respectively.
