PERRY, Judge: *

The appellant was convicted by a general court-martial consisting of military judge alone of 11 specifications which alleged, variously, the possession, sale, use, and transfer of heroin, in violation of Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. *333§ 892. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 3 years, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to the lowest enlisted grade.
