Arthur P. Milligan appeals from a Superior Court jury’s verdict finding him guilty of four counts of unlawful sexual contact. The Court sentenced him to two years at Level V followed by six years of decreasing levels of supervision. In this appeal, Milligan argues that the jury instructions did not sufficiently limit the jury’s consideration of evidence of later uncharged misconduct.
