Plaintiff Regal Ware, Inc. filed suit against Vita Craft Corp., Imura International U.S.A. Inc. (Vita Craft’s parent company), and Mr. Mamoru Imura (the chief executive officer of Imura International) alleging breach of contract and various tort claims. This matter is presently before the court on defendants’ motion to dismiss Regal Ware’s tort claims for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
