These appeals are from the amended judgment in the consolidated jury trial of Civil Nos. 85-1801 and 85-3466, which were filed by SGM Partners (SGM), Maher Azer (Azer) and Ezzat Wassef(Wassef). OnSeptember 1,1987,judgment on the jury’s special verdict was rendered as follows:(1) In favor of defendant The Profit Company, Limited (Profit), for $600,000 against SGM and Azer,(2) In favor of Azer for $2,000,000 against defendants Michael S.
