Claimant was awarded compensation by the referee and the board, it was affirmed by the court of common pleas, and this appeal was taken from a judgment entered thereon.
From the testimony taken the following facts were established. Valley Forge Military Academy is an incorporated educational institution and has for its purpose “the building of boys physically, morally, socially and mentally,” and owns certain college buildings and equipment in Wayne, Pa.
