On the argument of this appeal it was suggested by the court to counsel that another question than that raised by the assignments of error, which challenges the constitutionality of the act entitled, “A supplement to *472an act, entitled ‘The Workmen’s Compensation Act of 1915,’” approved June 3, 1915, P.
