Plaintiffs, Angel Gonzales, Wence Gonzales, Christopher Mellendez and Raul Pulido, appeal from the summary judgment in favor of defendants, Los Angeles County et al. (county). The summary judgment was granted on the sole ground that plaintiffs’ action, having been filed 182 days after notice of the county’s rejection of their claim, was barred by the six-month statute of limitations of Government Code section 945.6.
