Plaintiffs are tbe owners of a tract of land in Arizona located until 1957 on tbe east bank of tbe navigable1 Colorado River. Pursuant to tbe Act of June 28, 1946, cb. 517, 60 Stat. 338, tbe Government, acting tbrougb tbe Bureau of Reclamation of tbe Department of the Interior, moved tbe river channel west to improve navigation. Consequently, plaintiffs’ land, mstead of fronting on tbe Colorado, was separated from tbe river by tbe land of third parties.
