OPINION

SHARPNACK, Judge.

Craig A. Everage appeals a judgment in favor of Northern Indiana Public Service Company ("NIPSCO") on Ever-age's complaint. Everage raises one issue, which we restate as whether the trial court abused its discretion when it sanctioned NIPSCO for a discovery violation by striking the testimony of one NIPSCO employee rather than imposing a more severe sanction. We affirm. 1
