Case Summary

Alleging three physicians failed to diagnose and treat her breast cancer, Denise Palmer filed a complaint for medical malpractice against them and the clinic and laboratory with which two of the physi-clans were associated. When Denise died, her husband along with her estate amended the complaint to assert a survivorship claim and a claim for wrongful death.
