Raymond C. Griswold (Claimant) petitions this Court for review of the order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed the decision of the referee denying Claimant’s Reinstatement Petition. We affirm.

Claimant suffered an injury to his back on October 24, 1990, while working for Thompson Maple Products (Employer). Pursuant to a Notice of Compensation Payable filed November 26, 1990, Claimant began receiving total disability benefits for his injury.
