OPINION OF THE COURT

De GIULIO, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer and enlisted members. In accordance with his pleas, he was found guilty of one specification of distribution of marijuana on 18 April 1985 and one specification of distribution of marijuana and cocaine on 25 April 1985. He plead and was found not guilty of one specification of distribution of marijuana on 24 April 1985.
