The sole issue presented by the instant appeal is whether the order that an accused operator’s license be suspended prior to the adjudication of charges of violating R.C. 4511.19 or a municipal ordinance relating to operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol pursuant to R.C. 4511.191(E) is a final order subject to immediate appellate review.
