Hays, J.-

Two propositions are- presented on this appeal: (1) Constitutionality of section 239.5, Code, 1954, as amended by chapter 6, section 4, Acts 56th G. A.; and (2) the overruling of defendants’ special appearance.

Pearl B. Collins and her husband have six children, ages five to fifteen years. Both parents are physically incapacitated and unable to provide a reasonable subsistence for themselves and their children.
