Defendants appeal their convictions for issuing a bad check in violation of 13 V.S.A. § 2022. The cases were consolidated for trial, and guilty verdicts were returned against both defendants. We affirm.

Defendants were corporate officers and directors of a construction company which built residential homes. The company maintained a checking account with the Chittenden Trust Company, and the defendants had the authority to issue checks on this account.
