Plaintiff brought this action seeking lost wages and fringe benefits resulting from his alleged termination or demotion from the rank of professor on or about June 7,1971. He appeals from a summary judgment in favor of the college.

Plaintiff was originally employed as Dean of Admissions in 1950. The letter acknowledging his employment stated that he was to be employed "with the rank of professor.” He served as Dean of Admissions under a series of contracts until 1968.
