COFFIN, Circuit Judge.

A Massachusetts ship repairer brought this action against its insurers and a Massachusetts shipowner, seeking a declaration that a state court tort judgment obtained against it by the shipowner was unenforceable and a declaration that its insurers were responsible for any portion of the judgment found to be outstanding. The ship repairer also sought an injunction preventing the shipowner from enforcing the state court judgment.
