THE COURT.
This is a proceeding to review the recommendation of the Disciplinary Board of the State Bar of California that petitioner Frank Di Sabatino be publicly reproved. We conclude that the board’s recommendation should be followed.
Petitioner was admitted to practice in 1971, and has no prior record of discipline. The board found that he misled a bail commissioner by failing to disclose all of the facts surrounding his efforts to obtain a reduction of bail for his clients.
