THE COURT.

This is a proceeding to review a recommendation of the Disciplinary Board of the State Bar (Board) that petitioner Fredric A. Spindell be suspended from the practice of law in this state for a period of one month.

Petitioner was admitted to the practice of law in 1954. He has been involved in one prior disciplinary proceeding concerning his representation of two clients in separate bankruptcy matters.

On September 14, 1971, petitioner was charged in a notice to show cause with the violation of his oath and duties as an attorney (Bus. & Prof. Code, §§ 6103, 6067, 6068) and the…
