Plaintiffs bring this action, advancing four claims arising out of defendants’ allegedly inadequate representation of Joseph Re during arbitration proceedings held in connection with Mr. Re’s removal from his position as a partner with Bear Stearns & Co. (“Bear Stearns”). Specifically, plaintiffs seek damages flowing from defendants’ alleged breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, legal malpractice, and unjust enrichment.
