Appellant, Elijah Ritter (hereafter “Ritter”), challenges the Superior Court’s July 5, 2007 Judgment and Commitment, which sentenced him to seven and one-half years of incarceration for possession of a dangerous weapon during the commission of a crime of violence and one year of suspended incarceration for assault in the third degree, to run consecutively.
