Appellant Samuel Mulley (hereafter “Mulley”) requests that this Court overturn his convictions on the grounds that (1) the *408evidence is insufficient to sustain a conviction for unauthorized possession of ammunition; (2) the trial court erred in denying Mulley’s motion to exclude evidence; (3) the prosecutor’s remarks during closing argument constituted impermissible vouching; and (4) the trial court improperly admitted expert testimony from a lay witness.
