Appellant, Angel Rodriguez, appeals the Superior Court’s Order of February 27, 2008, which denied his Motion for a New Trial and denied his Motion for Reconsideration of a Superior Court Order denying his Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus. For a *369myriad of reasons, Rodriguez seeks relief from his life sentence without parole for a conviction of First Degree Murder and relief from his conviction for Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm During the Commission of a Crime of Violence.
