Plaintiff Lance White brings claims for violation of the Rehabilitation Act, breach of contract, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, negligence, promissory estoppel, and violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) against Defendant Denver Seminary. Denver Seminary moves to dismiss Mr. White’s ADA claim pursuant to 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6). The motion is adequately briefed and oral argument would not materially aid its resolution.
