Plaintiff Leonard Dunning filed the instant action alleging that defendant Paul A. Quander, in his capacity as director of the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (“CSOSA” or “the Agency”) for the District of Columbia, discriminated and retaliated against him in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., respectively.
