I. INTRODUCTION
This matter comes before the court on the defendant’s motion for summary judgment pursuant to Federal Rule of ’Civil Procedure .’56. William Sanders' (“the plaintiff’ or “Mr. Sanders”) brings this suit for damages under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C, § 2000e et seq.
