Marcello Bazan, Jr., appeals the judgment and sentence entered following his conviction on stipulated facts of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, contending that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss for violation of his right to a speedy trial under CrR 3.3.
The trial court erred in determining that the delay of approximately eighteen months between the filing of the information and Bazan’s arraignment was due to fault on the part of Bazan and determining that the State acted in good faith and with due diligence in attempting to bring Bazan to trial.
