Petitioner and appellant, a licensed, driver, has appealed from a judgment of the superior cpurt denying his supplemental petition for a peremptory writ of mandate to direct the Department of Motor Vehicles to vacate its order suspending his driver’s license for six months, pursuant to the provisions of section 13353 of the Vehicle Code.
