THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant, Michael A. Wasylik’s Motion to Dismiss or, in the alternative, Motion for Summary Judgment. Plaintiff, Edward T. Laios, claims that Michael Wasylik, his attorney, committed legal malpractice and was in breach of contract after Wasylik failed to refile a lawsuit within the applicable statute of limitations.
